I know this is Kennedy's fate in life. That girl, I tell you can get anything done that needs to be done. Yesterday she was sick and she says to my mom on the phone......"Me sick Gramma, you come watch me tomorrow?" Yep and guess who is here today? GRAMMA. Then today my mom is getting ready to make lunch and Kennedy says she wants Mac and Cheese, mom no more turns around and Kennedy has scaled the kitchen cupboard getting out ....Mac and Cheese.
This is the child that knows where everything is in my house. EVERYTHING. If you ever want to know where something is Kennedy can find it. She has an account on everything in the whole house. My mom comes over probably once every 4 months to watch her and I never have to tell her where anything is, as Kennedy is there and she will tell her!
Kennedy is my headstrong kid though, she gets something in her head and that is how it is going to be. She knows how to write her name, perfectly, backwards. She is left handed, so it makes sense that life is backwards to her.....and she will learn the right way, but I know it is going to have to be her idea to do that. She potty trained herself, not when I was ready to potty train her, but when she was ready to potty train, which would have been on a camping trip with the inlaws. Seriously, you can't make her up! Love her to pieces, but it is going to be done on her time in her way. Kennedy can already tell me every letter of the alphabet and its sound. She also rides her bike like no other.......the kid has a will like I can't even explain.
In the next frame though, I can tell you she knows she is the baby of the family and knows when she speaks people listen. She knows how to get her way and spends many a night yelling demands at her father. She is also the child that you don't want to have wake you up in the morning...she usually does it by screaming in your ear. Not my idea of just waking up and getting going!
Kennedy just knows how to talk everyone in her direction of things, and never stops talking, almost makes me want to go out and buy a used car..........from her!
